Crisis Management across Cultures

Crisis Management across Cultures

By now almost every country around the world has confirmed cases of Covid-19 and chances are you are currently working from home or in spatial distance from coworkers and customers. Political, community and corporate leaders are being called upon to respond. At times like these, contrasts in styles come into full view. Which is why we think it is a good time for us to reflect on what influences these responses.  Many of the diverging approaches to manage the global coronavirus pandemic can be attributed to culture.

On March 23, Brett Parry and Christian Höferle talked about this topic during a live chat on our Facebook Page. You can watch the recording of this session below. To review the many questions and comments from the live audience (or to leave a comment of your own), please check out the live post on Facebook.

We will host more of these live session around current cultural topics in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!
