In his day to day professional life, Dwayne Richards serves as a financial advisor, finance director, and CPA to his clients in the Toronto area. One of his side projects is his podcast, Comm Cafe, which he uses to spread practical business advice and to share his guests’ informative and inspirational stories.
Recently Dwayne invited Christian Höferle to be a guest on his program. They talked about how Christian got his nickname (The Culture Guy) via a Mastermind Group, what this moniker has to do with the company name (The Culture Mastery), and how being German shapes his approach to this work.
Other topics include: Why did Christian leave a career in the music industry to become an entrepreneur in the cross-cultural field? The importance of having a passion for your business. What re-branding can do for a business. And Christian shares two of the books he suggested his daughters read.
