Our Global Leader Coaching is tailored to the professional development needs of managers and leaders who have been introduced to different work and management 
 cultures through expatriate training programs, by working in multinational or multicultural teams, or by frequent international business travel.

Global Leader Coaching accompanies leaders on their journey to realizing their full potential in an increasingly diverse work environment via regular coaching calls, video conferences, and email support. We take our coaching candidates from a level of being consciously “incompetent“ to becoming subconsciously competent when working 
 across cultures. Succeeding and thriving in the global marketplace requires leaders 
 with well developed behavioral-based skills.

Senior executives, C-suite leaders, and high potentials are typically well qualified and talented high performers. However, the challenges of global leadership and cultural change can’t be solved by knowledge and hard skills only.

What got you here to your current position, will most likely not be the same skill set that will get you to where you want to be in your career as a global leader. What worked at home may not work overseas. Our Global Leader Coaching Program follows two main goals: to maximize potential and to minimize frustration. You have been introduced to different work and management cultures through expat training programs, by working in multinational teams, or by frequent business travel.

Now you are ready to get to the next level of your cultural competence. This program helps you to look into yourself to understand where you can unlock potential but also to see different perspectives and engage with yourself and your role as a global leader with greater clarity and understanding. Cultural knowledge can be learned via training but increased cultural competence needs practice. As a successful global leader you want a workout buddy to practice with. One who accompanies you on your journey to realizing your full potential in an increasingly diverse work environment. The Culture Mastery Coaches accomplish this via a structured workout regimen which includes face-to-face meetings, regular coaching calls, video conferences, and email support.


The 12-month Global Leader Coaching program consists of:

  • a 2-4-hour, face-to-face assessment session
  • bi-monthly (video) calls for the first 4 months; 1 hour each
  • monthly (video) calls for the months 5-12; 1 hour each
  • throughout the program: – email exchange of critical incidents
    – goal sheets with accountability check


Coachees will:

  • gain a deeper understanding of the main values of the cultures they interact with and how these values impact communication, relationships, teamwork and leadership
  • explore the dynamics of business practices and behavior patterns of the cultures they work with
  • identify more effective approaches to inspiring, team building, motivating, communicating, and leading
  • develop appropriate strategies for their cultural adjustment
  • discuss their personal challenges and questions, reflect on their experiences, and get answers to the every-day challenges of being a global leader

Every leader should have a coach. As global leaders we are engaged in stressful and often hectic day-to-day lives; therefore it is critical that we take time out to reflect, process and “check in” with ourselves to ensure that we are on track to achieving our goals. Our GLC program offers high quality coaching services to international executives, working one on one with them to grow and expand their leadership abilities and cultural competencies.
